Answer: When Baleshwar asked Roma whom he should contact to tell about her condition, Roma slowly gave him her brother Dinesh’s cell phone number. Baleshwar memorized it and watched it. He dialed her brother’s number in the driver’s cell phone and called him, this incident shows that he indeed had a good memory.
8.) The doctor at the Divine Multi -Speciality hospital admitted Roma without any formalities. What made him do so?
Answer: When Dr. Anil Agarwal saw the extent of Roma’s injuries, he quickly admitted her to ICU without any paperwork. It shows that the doctor and other people gave priority to Roma and her treatment and not on money or anything else. They proved that humanity comes first before anything else.
9.) If Baleshwar had not come forward to help Roma, what would have happened to her?
Answer: Had Baleshwar not come forward to help Roma, she would have bled to death. There is another possibility of her getting paralyzed.
10.) How did the truck driver help Baleshwar?
Answer: The truck driver was also just like Baleshwar who was selfless and kind. He took Roma and Baleshwar to a near hospital. He even lent his cell phone to make a call to Roma’s brother. When he safely reached Roma and Baleshwar, he quietly went from there without expecting gratitude in return. He was a selfless man who proved that still humanity exists.
11.) Baleshwar felt that people of Mumbai were afraid. What were they afraid of, in his opinion?
Answer: According to Baleshwar, people of Mumbai feared of getting trapped in the courts or with the police.

Answer: Yes, the learnt chapter completely goes with the saying of the Dalai Lama. Baleshwar who risked his life to help Roma didn’t even know her name let alone her religion. His concern of hermade Roma get out of such horrible situation. Compassion and humanity should be the true religion and Baleshwar exactly believed in this.
