iii) In Rajya sabha, Representatives of states are presents. There are 250 seats in Rajya Sabha out of that 238 elected by state governments and 12 seats are elected by President.

The Law maker of the country is the ‘Parliamentary Law making committee’. Which consists of president, cabinet ministers having leader Prime Minister.

There are various powers to the president. The important powers of president are as follows:
i) The President has the power to give forgiveness.
ii) President appoints governors to the different states.
