Nick is a 26 year old brave man who is mainly a torso; he has no limbs and arms; however , he actively participates in sports. Nick has a small foot that is attached to his left hip and hit helps him to kick, balance and do other activities. nick refers to this leg as his chicken drumstick jokingly. The decision was very hard for him because it was him who had to adjust with other students. If it were up to me then I would have sent him to a school for special students so that he received special care.

Nick’s parents did not put him in a special school but insisted that he attended a mainstream school. He learned a lot about the world and also learned to adjust with other people. later on he earned a degree in financial planning and real estate. even though it was hard for him he achieved success finally

When he was only eight years old he was very depressed and he opened up how he wanted to kill himself. he explicitly tells that he felt cold and bitter and hated the almighty for putting him in such a state. he often wondered what would happen to him if his parents would die one day. he fell dependent on others and this only aggravated his depression. It was only normal of him to get depressed due to the many hurdles in his life.
5.) Which incident in this text is funny? What makes it funny?
Nick shares an interesting anecdote. Once he was in his car and it was stuck in the traffic while a girl from another car was staring at him. Since she could only see his head she was curious Sonic decided to do a 360 degree spin in the car in order to freak her out. Seeing this the girl was perplexed and drove off.
The fact that nick took the incident in a funny way and did not get frustrated at the girl being curious about him and then driving off seeing his disability proves that nick has a good sense of humour
