Verbs are the words which describes the actions done by subjects in a sentence. Main verbs define the actions directly by it. Auxiliary verbs are helping verbs which is used with main verbs to complete the sense. Auxiliary verbs are crucial to form interrogative and negative sentences. Some verbs need objects for completing actions in a particular sense. Based on the need of objects or presence of objects verbs are two types which are transitive and intransitive. Transitive verb is such kind of verb which must have an object or need an object. This verbs can have any direct object or indirect object which can direct any passive form like elect, select, rectify etc. transitive verb requires a direct object to complete the sense which the action is referring. A sentence can be transformed into passive voice if it includes transitive verb. Transitive verbs are followed by any direct object or indirect object. In some cases, there can be both direct object and indirect object with transitive verbs.
