1.) Describe the appearance of Little Cyclone.
Answer: Little Cyclone was a grizzly cub from Alaska. He earned his name by showing courage. When their mother was fired he and his brother became orphan. When they were at the hands of humans they fought fearlessly. Little Cyclone was rescued and moved to Zoological Park in New York. Little Cyclone at that time was as drool and roughish-looking. He had gray full moon of fluffy hair, two big black eyes sparkled like jet beads, behind a pudgy little nose, absurdly short for a bear.He had high shoulders andhe was little more than a big bale of gray fur set up on four posts of the same material. His claws were formidable. He held the true grizzly spirit.
2.) What does the fight Little Cyclone and his brother put up, tell you about the nature of grizzly bears?
Answer: Grizzly bears are known for their courage and fearlessness. When Little Cyclone and his mother was fired they ran away. When they were awaken by the rough gasp of human hands they fought with immense anger. In fact one of them fought so hard that the captor had to let him go. But when the Little Cyclone was seized, he didn’t give up and fought again and then he was rescued by the Zoological Society’s agent and took it to New York. When he was at the Zoological Park, unlike other animals, he wasn’t scared at all. They have natural capacity to fight and are born fearless. The other animals understood by his acts and behavior that little Cyclone was a strong animal and fought courageously. He didn’t liked to be attacked to someone and when someone tried to mess with him he would show his valour.
3)”If any of you fellows think there is anything coming to you from me, come and take it”. How did Little Cyclone prove this?
Answer: When Little Cyclone was taken to Zoological Park he was high with courage and pride. He didn’t feel scared at all. The way he talked and stood high in pride made others to test his courage. It was then Little Czar, a European brown bear cub walked up to him and aimed a sample blow at Cyclone’s left ear. With any dealy Cyclone’s right paw caught the hazer on the side of the head. This strong act of Little Cyclone left Czar in amazement and he went. Then came a black bear cub who was double the size of Cyclone and made a pass at the newcomer. Little Cyclone then fought so fiercely that he quit the field and scrambled to the top of the cliff. Cyclone was strong in his actions and faced every attack with courage. These two acts of him made everyone know that he could fight any other bear.
4.) Describe the confrontation between Little Czar and Little Cyclone.
Answer: Little Czar was a humorous and good-natured European brow bear. He just wanted to see how strong and courageous the Little Cyclone was, so he walked up to him and aimed a sample blow at his left ear. Within no time Cyclone’s right paw caught and striked the little Czar Little Czar was so amazed and confused that he fled quickly. Little Cyclone proved his fearlessness and fighting attitude. He never gave up.
D.) Telling the Story Again.
Little Cyclone was a grizzly cub from Alaska who earned his name by the vigour of his resistance to ill-treatment. When his mother was fired at, they ran away as fast as their stumpy little legs could carry them. The next day at sunrise the two orphans found themselves at the rough grasp of human hands. One of them escaped after fierce and terrible fight. So the captor let him go. But the other cub was seized and taken to the Zoological Park at New York. The Zoological Park had Bears’ Nursery Usually a newcomer is badly scared on his first day but grizzlies are different. When the box was opened he stood up with courage he stalked deliberately to the centre of the stage, halted, and calmly looked about him. Cyclone courageously met every attack real or fake. In less than an hour all the other bears understood that Cyclone could strike quick and hard and could fight any other bear on three seconds’ notice. From then on Little Cyclone’s position was assured with respect and dignity.
