It is not the Thumb rule that confusion will only occur between similar words sometimes though the words looks completely different from each other still when encountered at the same time can creates a havoc at the mind of the user. Difficulty is increased when the term is not used in our day to day life and that confusion doesn’t get a chance to clear.
