My dear friend,
I was thinking about writing to you for a few days. I hope you are fit and fine. I am also well here. As you know I am health conscious since childhood I would like to share more information with you about it. I know that you do not like to get up early in morning and you are used to sleep late at night. As a result you feel lethargic in morning and less time to finish you regular work or studies in morning. The first step of living a healthy life style and being fit is to rise early in morning. You should start your day by viewing sunrise. Then you can spend at least 30 minutes for some stretching exercises like yoga poses in early morning followed by breathing exercise and meditation. This morning ritual is enough to keep yourself calm and energetic whole day. After that you may have some sun bath by sitting sometime under mild sunlight in morning. We do not sunlight as it is the large source of vitamin D, helpful to make our bones and muscles strong. Then you can make your daily schedule or to do list which you will follow up for whole day. You will be able to focus more in studies and you can choose difficult topics in that time. If you follow my advice you will notice changes in your entire lifestyle, body and mind soon. You will be stronger, calmer, energetic and productive person than before.
