My dear friend,
I hope you are doing well. It has been long time I have not listened from you. So I thought to write you and inform you about some important facts. As you know I have always focused in being healthy and follow a healthy lifestyle. Staying fit and fine makes me confident and provides positive energy overall. It is necessary for everyone to work out regularly for making body fit and healthy irrespective of their age, profession and health condition. I have studied a lot about effective exercises that will soothe our body, mind and soul. Doing yoga poses and stretching exercises are beneficial for all who will keep themselves in regular work out sessions. We all should give ourselves minimum 30 minutes per day to exercise according to our needs and preferences. Some health conscious persons may join gyms or yoga classes to maintain regularity in their exercise. Besides maintaining physical health, physical exercise plays the role in keeping mind active and calm. We should not procrastinate now for starting exercises. After starting this exercise journey we will fee; the difference in our body and mind soon by ourselves.
I would suggest you to start work out soon and continue it regularly for better results. You should motivate others too in your home for starting exercise.
