Respected Sir / Madam
My name is Jivika Gupta from Bangalore. I had made an online purchase of laptop from the xyz website on 19th February 2023. The parcel was delivered from jalndar to my place that is shivdi, dombivali. I received my order on 1st March 2023 and I found my parcel was not in good condition. When I opened the parcel the laptop was broken at the corners. I am attaching the photo copies of received parcel, one which is unopened and other after opening in which my laptop is damaged at corners. I immediately contacted the people from where I purchased the laptop, as per them the laptop was send in the good condition, no scratches or broken parts. They even send me the photos of laptop while packaging. The parcel is send by post from jalndar to dombivali. This is careless behavior of either courier person or the Indian Post. I have received a damaged product due to negligence of Indian Post and I want to complaint against this. Now who would pay the damage cause? I paid for working and good laptop but I received damaged. I want a refund for the damage product.My article number is EM399519IP. I hope Indian Post will soon reply me and give a solution on it.
