Subject: The role of the youth in eradicating the problem of proverty, unemployment and corruption.
Sir,
Through the columns of your prestigious daily I want to express my views about the role of the youth of our country in eradicating the problem of poverty, unemployment and corruption which is constantly gaining root in our country.
The youth are the most important pillar in development of a country. And about our country, India which is currently at developing phase our most important workforce are the youth of our country.
Therefore the youth population must take the responsibility to eradicate the above mentioned problems. Because of fast and easily available internet today’s youth has a wide field of view of almost every type of problem slowing the growth of our country than their previous generation. The young adults are passionate, enthusiastic and quick at expressing their opinion about what pleases or displeases them.
Their active participation in protests, demonstrations, candle light marches, etc. to fight injustice or for any social cause has been tremendous in the past several years. This shows that they are well aware of every problems. But they can do more to eradicate every problems.
Nowadays employment and corruption is a very serious issue and people who are well qualified are not getting suitable jobs. If people are getting jobs then either the pay is not suitable or according to the qualifications the designation. Corruption in India is so much present in politics as well that sometimes it’s as if people really believed it’s a natural or inborn feature of the Indian democracy. Due to its huge size and the socio-ethnic diversity of the country.
Many deserving people are unemployed because of the growing corruption in each institution. This unemployment leads to crime and economic downturn. The major reasons of fast creeping corruption are political instability, poverty, unequal structure of society, unemployment, lack of accountability, weak political institutions and absence of rule of law.
The youth is the hope of the nation. Therefore, they should come forward to take more responsibilities.
They must raise their voice against corruption and raise awareness whenever it seems necessary. To deal with unemployment the youth should shift to small start-ups and take the benefit of government supporting policies. It will give them the opportunity to benefit their own economic stability as well as grow our country and bring prosperity to many people’s life. If our country’s youth are ready to take responsibility to eradicate the proverty, unemployment, and corruption they can bring economic and social revolution to our country. By this coloumn I request to our young residents to be the inspiration to there upcoming generation.
Thanking you.
Yours faithfully,
Rohit,
