Respected Sir / Madam
I am Chirag Tejale, resident of Lekhanagar. I have applied for account opening in XYZ Bank, Rajiv Nagar 15 days before. Mr. Vipul verified my all documents and guided in filling the account opening form. I submitted all necessary documents to Bank. It has been almost 15 days I submitted the form but yet I didn’t receive any account credentials or welcome kit from bank. It was an emergency for me to open the account so I have Enquiry and confirmed about it before submitting all documents. The Bank Employee Mr. Vipul told me that the account will be created in one week and send you all credentials. So I am writing this letter to you, I need the account credentials that is at least my customer ID so that I can login my mobile banking and view my account. I called customer care support but they say that the account is been created but they cannot share my account credentials to me like a customer ID or account number as it is a new account so I need to visit Bank for the same. I work in campgemi company and my week off is on Sunday, as I am a new joiner in the company I cannot get holiday so soon. So I request you to please send me a message or email mentioning my customer ID.
I hope you understand my need for account credentials and the reason why I can’t visit Bank for the same. I will highly appreciate if you look into the matter and give a quick response for my letter.
