Respected Sir / Madam
I am Mathew having salary account in your XYZ bank. My account number is CBIXXXX789. I get several calls from bank regarding the insurance, credit card offers and all. Once I receive a call from bank informing about the insurance and profit, I was impressed so went to Bank to talk with the bank employee more about it. Life Seva Insurance for 2 years where the employee told I need to pay first 8 installments of Rs5000 and rest installment I need to pay only Rs 2000 per month. After 2 years I will get total amount of Rs1,20,000 I can claim. It was a matter of only 2 years and I was supposed invest only Rs72,000 so I got attracted to the insurance policy and immediately got ready to open the policy. I opened the LofeSeva Insurance on the date 6th August 2022. I paid first Eight installments regularly of Rs 5000/-. Now at present it’s my 10th installment still I asked yo pay Rs 5000. When I asked employee about this , he did not paid attention to me and said no you need to pay Rs 5000 for 18 months and rest 6 months need to pay Rs 2000. This really unprofessional and unexpected from the bank side. The bank employee who gave information and open my insurance policy is Mr Avdik Sharma. I want to complaint against him for giving wrong information while opening of Life Seva Insurance. My insurance number is LXXXXXXX45680. I would request you to check my all documentation and check the call records to. Take a strict action on MrAvdik Sharma.
