Respected Sir / Madam
I am Mrs Gayatri Jagtap senior citizen having the saving account at your XYZ Bank since 15 years. My bank account number is SBCXXXX2345 I am using my account on UPI payments, online payments, also my debit is not expired. Everything is fine still I am not able to make payments since one week. I tried cash withdrawal from ATM but that also not working. This is the first time I am facing such kind of problem in these 15 years. I am on my vacation in USA for 15 days and cannot use my money from bank account, this is so horrible experience for me. I called my home branch and Enquired about it ,they said my KYC is pending so my account is Freeze until my re-kyc is not done. I am ready to give or update all my documents required for re-kyc, I can send you soft documents on official mail ID of bank. But as per telephonic conversation with Bank employee, re-kyc cannot be done online. The account holder needs to physically visit branch for all documentation purpose. How is this possible at this moment when I am in USA and will come India after 15 days? Is there any other option to re-open my bank account. There should be some facility in emergency cases. I have always got a good service from your bank. I have londlg relationship with the bank and accept some privilege this time. I need my account to reopen so that I can use my amount when I am at travel out of India, At foreign country whom should I ask for help? Kindly arrange some alternative or arrange a video call for re-kyc of my bank account.
I hope my request would be granted and some quick action is taken on it.
