I am Mr. Sandipkhade from lokhada, Gujrat. I have a XYZ Bank account and fastag of the same bank. I use this fastag since two years. I never face any problem in fastag during travel but since two months I am facing issues. I have already informed customer care support about the issue still not action taken on it. My issue is when I pass the toll plaza, my fastag is not getting scanned. My fastag wallet is having enough balance still most of the times I am facing this issue. I have done KYC, everything that was told to me. Every day I travel long distance for job purpose and I can’t waste my time at toll plaza having quarrel with them for fastag. I have fastag, amount everything still I need to pay double cash unnecessary. I have two vehicles registered under this fastag. One is MH.HR 9XXX and another is MH GJ 78XX. I mostly use the vehicle MH GJ 78XX. My fastag details (WB24Y8349) and my registered mobile number is 7863790747. Email id is [email protected]
I request you please check why my fastag sticker is not scanned at Toll plaza scanner. Unnecessary I have to pay double charges. I have called customer care several times but no resolutions on it so today I am writing this letter to you. If no reason is found by bank side then please send me the new sticker within a week.
