This letter is regarding the parcel return back saying non availability of customer while parcel delivery. IMrVinyakChawan would like to inform the Indian post Authority that my parcel tracking ID is EM399519IP and as per the website update on 22nd July 2022 the parcel was dispatched from Nashik and on 23rd July I got a message from Indian post article number EM399519IP could not be delivered due to non availability of customer. Firstly I am at the destination address which is Sarasbaugh colony Lekhanagar Surat. As I have work from home I am present all the time at my place and did not received any courier or No one came to deliver on my place then how can the Indian Post message me non availability of customer and secondly when I check the website on 22nd July 2023 , the parcelwas discussed from Nashik then how it could be delivered to my place Surat within 24 hours. I think there is confusion either to the courier boy or some technical issues on the website. I can just say I am at my home and doing my work from home. So I request the concerned team to check the issue and silver it at earliest. There is wrong updation regarding non availability of customer as no delivery is reached to my given address. Requesting to pay attention in this case and ensure the good and correct service to customers.
