Answer –Civilians are only allowed to go 7 kms along the shore of Pangong because after the 7kms other part of Pangong belongs to China.

Answer – Ramsar Convention is an international treaty to conserve wetlands. The Pangong lake comes under Ramsar Convention treaty. Which means International authority will look after Pangong and make sure the water remains unpolluted.
