Learning to ride a bicycle is quite an easy task which children can learn in an early age. First of all they must have a bicycle which is adjustable with their height. Then they need to choose an open space with less crowd like park, field and playground. A child can ask for help to anyone senior for holding the balance by holding the bicycle while they will ride it in straight direction. They should start by holding and walking with a bicycle to understand how to keep its balance by own. After walking with bicycle for certain period when they will gain the knowledge of maintaining balance they can move a step ahead. They can keep one foot on a pedal and another foot on ground by holding two handles of the bicycle. Then they can move one step ahead slowly by keeping one foot on ground and one foot on pedal. After this stage the child can try to put another foot on pedal too and start doing full pedal. If they feel misbalance or something they can move another foot on ground immediately. After some days of this practice while children can do full pedal then they can try to sit on the seat and do pedal again. First they can try moving the pedal half circle and if they feel confident then they can move full round of the pedal.
If children get help from someone then they need to hold the handles straight and strong while looking front on the road. They must have to keep balance with both feet, hands on handle and look straight ahead. They should keep in mind that they can fall sometimes while learning to ride bicycle but they should not feel afraid of it. While riding the bicycle they have to look forward and follow the passengers passing by. They have to go straight from the left side of the road and maintain the same balance during journey. Their hands should be kept straight on handles to maintain balance. Their back and waist should also be straight while sitting on the seat of the bicycle to ride it properly on the road. A child can learn riding a bicycle at an early age with proper guidance and enthusiasm. Parents should encourage them to learn riding bicycle and go out as part of physical activity.
