My vision of viksit Bharat includes an inclusive society as envisioned by our father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi. We aspire for not only economic and technological development but also social harmony and brotherhood. As we are set to launch our prestigious Gaganyaan mission we are also aiming to eliminate caste based disputes and communal clashes. We have eliminated many life threatening diseases like smallpox and provided universal health coverage with Ayushman Bharat abhiyan. Recently India became the first country to land its prestigious Chandrayaan 3 mission on the south pole of the moon.
According to a United Nations report, India has lifted 415 million poor people from the multinational poverty. Although India is one of the most unequal countries in the world, many inequalities still exist and there is still a prevalence of many life threatening diseases. But we are determined to move forward while benefiting the last person in the queue which is popularly known as Antyodaya principal. We stand firm with the policy of ‘Vasudhaiva kutumbakam’ i.e. the whole world is one family.
