What I am about to suggest to you may appear silly or stereotypical, but it is necessary for improving your stamina and physical strength. I can say for sure that your stamina will improve exponentially once you start going for jogging and small runs. This may have even been suggested to you by your own teachers and yes, it is necessary because it has a profound impact on your health. There are various other callisthenic exercises which you can learn from the internet and do yourself without any external equipment. It is an economical and fun way to strengthen your own body
There are various places such as the park or the beach where you can exercise in the morning or the evening. I would recommend that you start by exercising for at least 5 minutes a day before progressing to more complex exercises and or extended durations of exercise. After some time, you may even consider joining a gym or an exercise group. The reason why I am going to such lengths, is to explain to you the importance of physical activity in our life.
