Subject: Complaint regarding mall management.
Dear Mall Management Department,
I hope you are fine. I am writing this letter to bring to your notice the poor management of services in Mall de Grand. I am a frequent visitor and so I thought to bring to your notice the poor management that is affecting the experience of all the mall visitors.
Firstly, there is lack of cleanliness. The walkways, seating areas, restrooms are not cleaned properly. There is no proper placement of garbage bins and most of the time the available garbage bins are full. The restrooms are filled with foul odour.
Secondly the security personnel and the help providing personnel behave in a rude manner if you ask them about anything. Please appoint a customer friendly staff.
Thirdly the parking area is not adequate and also the area that is available is not utilized properly leading to delay in vehicle parking and also a delay in removing the vehicle.
Also, the security measures are not sufficient and working properly. Some of the cameras are not in service.The fire alarm system and fire extinguishers are not deployed. All this negligence may cause a major accident.
I request you to please look into this matter as it may cause the popularity of the mall to diminish. Hoping for a serious and prompt action from your side.
