Sometimes English can be very confusing especially when it comes to homophone. As they sound identical it becomes very hard to distinguish between two and people generally end’s up using wrong term at wrong place. Term all ready is used to denote the preparedness of a group. It implies that all the necessary preparations have been made, and everything is set to proceed with a task or event.
Use in sentences “Sam and his friend are all ready to go on the camping trip.”
“Sam’s team is all ready for the big game.”
“The decorations are all ready for the party.” This suggests that all the decorations have been set up and are prepared for the party to begin. |
