10 examples of future perfect continuous tense
Future perfect continuous tense refers an action which will be continued for a specific time in future. This tense can also be called as future perfect progressive tense because it expresses an action of future which will be progressing for specific time in future. This tense can be described the time when we look back at the past from a point of future to emphasis the timing or duration of an action. It is the same perfect continuous tense which shows continuity of an action but in future time. Students will surely identify this tense after knowing its rules, structure, examples in details.
Structure: subject+ shall/will+ have+ been+ main verb-ing+ object+ other words
Negative: subject+ shall/will+ have+ not+ been+ main verb-ing+ object+ other words
Interrogative: shall/will+ subject+ have+ been+ main verb-ing+ object+ other words
Like all other tenses this tense can be used in positive, negative, interrogative and negative interrogating sentences. Future perfect continuous tense is the least used tense in English language.
