Ans: Hunters move from one place to another place due a Hunters move from one place to another place due to several reasons are as follow –
Firstly- If they stay in the same place for a longer period of time they would have eaten up all the available animal and plant resources.
Secondly, hunters and gatherers move from one place to another to follow the movements of animals. Because animals moved to different places in order to search for their prey, grass or leaves. That is why those who hunt them had to follow their movements.
Thirdly, plants and trees bear fruits in different seasons, so people have to move from season to season in search of different kinds of foods. Finally people had to move to the nearby water sources for survival because some water bodies were perennial some were seasonal. These reasons made hunters and gatherers move to different places.

Ans: The three periods are as follow –
1.) Palaeolithic Period – The word paleo comes from the latin word paleo meaning old and lithos means stone. The palaeolithic age extends from from 2 million years ago to about 12000 years ago. In this period stone tools were discovered. This period is further divided into two parts – upper and middle Palaeolithic
2.) Mesolithic Period- Mesolithic Period extends from 12,000 to 10,000 years ago. This period witnessed changes in the weather conditions stones and wood are used to make tools such as straws and sickles.
3.) Neolithic age- Neolithic Age is also known as the new stone age. People used polish stone tools and humans settled in permanent villages.
