Answer: The family of the author faced shortage of water in the summer time which is why they stored rain-water in buckets and storing things. Unlike other children who play in the rain, the author had to store water.
3.) Our parents and teachers instruct us not to drench ourselves in the 1st rain shower. Why according to the author the early rain water in the season should be allowed to go a waste?
