Answer: I do not belong to a village. However, i have been to villages and the ponds, open fields, fresh air and less populated regions attract me the most.

Answer: Yes, I belong to a town. The honking of cars, polluted air and an extremely busy lifestyle of the town makes me annoyed.

Question 1.) Why does the poet believe that God made the country ?
Answer: The nation was born out of natural processes. Nobody arrived to give the countryside a shape. It continued to take shape in the manner in which nature had intended. Therefore, the poet is forced to adopt the viewpoint that the country is a product of God.
Question 2.) Why does the poet believe that man made the town ?
Answer: In the town, man has erected tall structures as well as roads and streets. He constructed stores, hotels, markets, theatres, gramophones, cars, and other transportation facilities. So, according to the poet, man is responsible for creating the town.
Question 3.) Why is life bitter ?
Answer:It is so because man does not live a simple, laborious, and natural life, my life is bitter. He refuses to eat homemade food . He doesn’t perform strenuous work. He values living in luxury and comfort. In this way, he fails to take care of his health and falls victim to various illnesses. He consequently is unable to experience life’s joy. He eventually develops a bitter taste..
Question 4.) What can make our life sweet ?
Answer: Living naturally can only make life sweeter for us. We have to perform physical labour. All forms of luxury must be avoided. The use of any kind of carriages or vehicles should also be avoided. We ought to make walking a habit. We shouldn’t visit hotels or nightclubs. We must consume home-cooked food.
Question 5.) What function do groves perform in a village ?
Answer: Farmers and labourers in the village toil long hours in the fields under the hot sun until noon. As a result, the groves provide them with cover, peace, and rest in the shadow of their trees.
Question 6.) The birds are scared of songs. Why ?
Answer:Because gramophone songs clash with the more harmonious notes of the birds, the birds are afraid of listening to them. The unfamiliar gramophone songs’ unsettling notes frighten and vex the birds because they are completely foreign to them.
