1 meter = 1 × 100 = 100 centimeter
6 meter =6 × 100 = 600 centimeter
10 meter = 10 × 100 = 1000 centimeter
12 meter = 12 × 100 = 1200 centimeter
Convert meter and centimeter into centimeter
- 7 meter 24 centimeter = (7 × 100) + 24 centimeter = 700 + 24 centimeter = 724 centimeter
- 12 meter 15 centimeter = (12 × 100) + 15 centimeter = 1200 + 15 centimeter= 1215 centimeter
- 3 meter 60 centimeter = ( 3 × 100) + 60 centimeter = 300 + 60 centimeter = 360 centimeter
- 15 meter 75 centimeter = ( 15 × 100) + 75 centimeter = 1500 + 75 centimeter = 1575 centimeter
- 17 meter 8 centimeter = (17 × 100) + 8 centimeter = 1700 + 8 centimeter = 1708 centimeter
- 10 meter 4 centimeter = (10 × 100) + 4 centimeter = 1000 + 4 centimeter = 1004 centimeter
Fill in the blanks to show, how much centimeter is required to add to make it equal to 1 meter
Convert centimeter to meter
a) 300 centimeter = 300 × 0.01 = 3 meter
b) 400 centimeter = 400 × 0.01 = 4 meter
c) 500 centimeter = 500 × 0.01 = 5 meter
d) 600 centimeter = 600 × 0.01 = 6 meter
How many centimeters will they be?
1 meter 10 centimeter = 1×100 + 10 = 100 +10 = 110 centimeter
1 meter 5 centimeter = 1×100 + 5 = 100 + 5 = 105 centimeter
5 meter = 5×100 = 500 centimeter
1.20 meter = 1.20 ×100 =120 centimeter
3 meter = 3 × 100 = 300 centimeter
Let us add
Let us subtract
Let us solve the problems :
