Question and answers :
1.) What is water cycle ?
Answer :-Water cycle that means continue circulation of water on the earth.
2.) What are the steps of water cycle ?
Answer :-. Percolation, Evaporation, Condensation and Precipitation
3.) What is percolation ?
Answer :-Percolation can be defined as movement of water within the soil.
4) What is evaporation ?
Answer :-Evaporation is change in the state of water from liquid state to gaseous state.
5.) What is condensation ?
Answer :-Condensation is reverse of evaporation. Within condensation the gaseous form of water is changed or converted to liquid form of water.
6.) What is precipitation ?
Answer :-The action of falling the rain, snow called as precipitation.
7.) What will happen when water cycle is absent on earth ?
Answer :-If there is no water cycle, that means there is no life on earth.
8.) What are the components of water cycle ?
Answer :components of water cycle are Sun, plants, river and nature.
Water cycle that means continue circulation of water on the earth. As we know water is very essential for living beings, so ultimately water cycle is also important on earth. If there is no water cycle, that means there is no life on earth. So components of water cycle are Sun, plants, river and nature. Balance of all this component will carry out healthy life cycle.
There are 4 major steps of water cycle
1.) Percolation
2.) Evaporation
3.) Condensation
4.) Precipitation
Water cycle
1.) Percolation :
Percolation can be defined as movement of water within the soil. The underground water will move from one place to another, that is from roots of tree to water sources, called percolation.
2.) Evaporation :
Evaporation is change in the state of water from liquid state to gaseous state, as given in diagram. Water is evaporated from river due to rays of sun. This process called as evaporation.
3.) Condensation :
Condensation is reverse of evaporation. Within condensation the gaseous form of water is changed or converted to liquid form of water.
4.) Precipitation :
The action of falling the rain, snow called as precipitation. As we can observe in diagram that after getting cold air this water falls on the land in the form of rain or snow.
