Ans:- The poet, D.J. Enright the appearance of the rebel. He says that when everybody gets their hairs short, the rebel would let his hairs grow much long. Again, when everybody grows their hair long, the rebel chops his hairs short however, he finds pleasure and satisfaction by going against the common people.
(2) “When everybody talks during the lesson The rebel doesn’t say a word. When nobody talks during the lesson The rebel creates a disturbance” – Explain.
Ans:- In the poem “The rebel”, the poet, D.J Eniright expresses the nature of the rebel. The rebel finds himself calm and quiet, when everyone is talking during their lesson Again, the rebel creates noise and disturbance on his surrounding, when the other are silent during their lesson therefore, he constantly goes against the norms of the society.

Ans:- The poet, D.J Enright discusses how the rebel changes preference with the weather when the others are praising for the sunlight, the rebel hopes for a rain. On the other hand, when the rebel finds it is raining, he regrets the absence of the sunlight. Therefore, the rebel is not accepted by the society.
