A man traveled 9 km 675 m in the first hour, 7 km 785 m in the second hour and 16 km 330 m in the third hour of his journey.
(1) How far did he travel in the three hours?
Solution:

Therefore, he traveled in the three hours 33 km 790 m.
(2) How much more did he travel in the third hour than in the first hour?
Solution: He traveled in the third hour = 16 km 330 m
He traveled in the first hour = 9 km 675 m

| 6 | 655 |
Hence, he 6 km 655 m more traveled third hour than first hour.
