iv) Co-operate with international and regional organizations like United Nations and Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation with similar aims and purposes. For instance, the Ministry Of External affairs promised to supply COVID-19 vaccines to SAARC Nations under grant assistance.

v) India’s major contribution has been to agricultural and rural development. It has worked rigorously towards Human Resource Development and Tourism. SAARC’s expansion of economic trade and finance has been achieved through India’s unrelenting assistance.
