Answer: The boy went to the farmer’s farmhouse for getting some work for him and also can earn some money for his needs.

Answer: The farmer asked the boy to look after his goats, their feed, and their cleanup.

Tried due to dancing, the farmer promised to give him a thousand silver pieces if he stopped playing the violin. The boy did so and took the thousand silver pieces and went on his way.

Answer: The magistrate punished him because the farmer complained to the police that the boy was a thief. The punishment was death by hanging.

Answer: The boy expressed the wish to play his violin before his hanging. The magistrate permitted him. So, he set everyone their dancing by playing on the magic violin. Tired due to dancing, the magistrate promised to give him the silver coins and set him free if he stopped playing on the violin. It is how he got the silver coins and his freedom back.
