1) What is Slide Transition ?
Ans :- Slide Transition is the virtual and motion effect that occurs when we move from one slide to the next slide during a presentation.
2) What is Animation ?
Ans :- Animation is the effect which is applied to the text, pictures, characters etc. in the slide.
3) What are Animation Schemes in PowerPoint ?
Ans :- Animation Schemes is the pre-define set/collection of different types of animation
effects in Powerpoint.
4) How will you preview animations in PowerPoint ?
Ans :- In the Animation group, there is a button called as Preview button or you can click on option as Animation pane that is available in advanced animation, to preview the animations appied in a slide in PowerPoint.
5) Write the name of four types of animations available in PowerPoint ?
Ans :- Entrance, Emphasis, Exit, Motion Path are the four types of animations available in PowerPoint.

1) What is Animation? What are its types in PowerPoint ?
Ans :- Animation is the effect which is applied to the text, pictures, characters etc in the slide. It is used to make the presentation look much attractive and seek the attention of other towards the topic presented in the presentation. There are four types of animations available in PowerPoint which are as :-
i) Entrance :- This type of animation tells us about the appearance of the objects on the
slide. For ex :- an object can move anywhere onto slide
ii) Emphasis :- With the help of this animation, it will capture/grab the attention of us
towards the object in the slide. For ex :- The object can become smaller/bigger
iii) Exit :- This type of animation effect will tell us about how the object will move out
from the slide. For ex:- the object moves off the slide
iv) Motion Paths :- It will tell us the movement of the object around the slide. For ex :-
the object can move from left to right, top to bottom etc.
2) How will you save PowerPoint presentation in PDF format ?
Ans :- The steps for saving the PowerPoint presentation in PDF format is as followed :-
i) Once you presentation is complete, click on File tab
ii) Click on Save As option from the drop down menu/list of File tab
iii) On the left side pane, click on the place where you want save your file.
iv) In the Save As box, type the name of the file that you wish to give to your
presentation.
v) Once you’ve done with typing/giving the name to the file, then click on the small
arrow in front of Save as type. Where you’ll get a drop down list of the file formats
and then select the option/file format as PDF (*pdf) from the drop down list.
vi) Now finally click on the Save button by which your PDF file will be created.
3) How will you apply Slide Transition in PowerPoint ?
Ans :- The steps to apply Slide Transition in PowerPoint are as followed :-
i) Select and click on the slide, to which we want to apply the transition effect
ii) Click on the Transition Tab and select the Transition option from Transition to
this slide group.
iii) As per our need, we are required to set the effect and the duration time for the
slide
iv) Click on the Preview button, to check all the settings are been applied to the slide
as per your wish or need
v) If you want to apply the transition effect which you’ve applied to one slide
should to be applied to the other slides, then you can click on the button as
Apply to All in the Timing group.
Note : By clicking on the None option available in the Transition tab (in transition to this
slide group) you can remove the added transition effect of your slide.
