Answer:- b. Holozoic
Q.5 Very short answer type questions:
1.) What is holozoic nutrition?
Answer:- The food is taken into the body and then broken down into simple soluble compounds which are absorbed by the body is known as holozoic nutrition.
2.) What do you mean by absorption?
Answer:- Digested food is absorbed by the walls of small intestine and then passes into the blood is called absorption.
3.) Define assimilation?
Answer:- Assimilation is a process in which what is utilised by different parts of body for growth and maintenance.
4.) Name the parts of alimentary canal?
Answer:- Mouth, esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, rectum, and anus are the parts of alimentary canal.
Q.6.) Short answer type questions

Answer:- Milk teeth – the set of 20 small teeth also called as milk with they grow during in fancy and fall at the age of between 6 to 8 years milk teeth are replaced by the permanent teeth
Permanent teeth – The set of 32 teeth is known as permanent teeth. Permanent teeth grow after fall of milk teeth.
2.) Write four types of human teeth and their functions?
Answer:- Incisors, Canines, Premolars, Molars are the four types of human teeth
Follow are there functions:-
- Incisors :- Used for cutting.
- Canines :- Used for tearing.
- Premolars :- Used for chewing and grinding.
- Molars :- Also used for grinding.
Q.7) Long answer type questions:
1.) Explain nutritions in amoeba with the help of diagram.
Answer:- Amoeba is a microscopic inicellular organism found in ponds and lakes.
It is surrounded by cell membrane and move with the help of falls feet called pseudopodia. This are outward projections which help in movement and capturing of food, when it comes in contact with food particle. During ingestion, cell membrane of amoeba (in pseudopodia) fuses with food particles and food vacuole is form and then digestive juice are secreted in this food vacuole and nutrients get absorbed. After that undigest food present in food vacuole is expelled out from the body of amoeba. This is called egestion.
