With the development of the human mankind & the society we live in there have been many factors which gave rise to pollution. Pollution is a major problem we are facing which should be thought about. Sound is that medium through which we can hear whatever is going to around us. A pleasant & decent sound is good & comforting to our ears. Where as an unbalanced noise or sound is disturbing to our ear. These loud & uneven sound Gives rise to Noise pollution.

We human beings are the most responsible for Sound pollution. It influences the health of peoples, animals, birds & even plants as well. It causes harm weakening our ears. It causes hurtful & incurable ailing for ears. It also hampers the mental stability of the person. Blood pressure increase, deafness are the side effects of sound pollution. The loud sound even irritates animals &birds making them loose control over their brain. Even though growth of plants is slowed down in such a situation. There are many such ways in which we can control the use of gadgets causing noise pollution.

When the vibration of sound is at a tolerable and pleasant level, it is simply sound. But when it is sharp and harsh to the ears, it become sound pollution. Sound pollution is caused by the high level of unwanted sound in the environment which causes pain sound pollution is a very dangerous problem that our earth is facing these days. Sound pollution is equally harmful as are the other pollution like air, water and soil. Sound pollution not only causes heath of man but also causes the heath of plant and animal too. The sound pollution is the consequence of worldwide urbanization industrialization.

Some of the source of sound pollution are use of powerful vehicular horn, faulty vehicle, construction site, loudspeaker, air craft noise, railway, industrial noise and thousand of workshops left out loud noise round the clock. In the city millions of children are exposed to the sound pollution.

This sound pollution will damage children’s power of hearing. Noise pollution can causes mental disorder such as irritability, headache etc. This sound pollution is so dangerous to health, it can causes a wide range of physical disorder like blood pressure, heart attack, chronic depression, respiratory disorder etc. Noise pollution affects pregnant women, young children and elder more. Noise pollution is more prominent in city areas as compared to ruler area. Noise pollution creates a problem in our normal life it makes us aggressive and lack of concentration.

There is a need to take collective measures for minimizing the effects of noise pollution. We should prevent and make people aware of how much damage noise pollution. Beside, proper implementation of laws and proper steps of Government can reduce sound pollution. Government can make rules that factories and industries should be set up away from residential areas. Uses less horns while driving make sure that TV and radio at law volume developing low noise products strict lows should be enforced regarding sound pollution.
