Early rising means to get up early from the bed in the morning. Practising early rising is a very good habit. It has lots of benefits. Early riser gets lots of time for his work & need not have to hurry. Also an early riser can see the early morning beauty of nature, the birds chirping. A habit of morning walk can be practised which helps to inhale the fresh oxygen which has lots of health benefits. The morning relaxation helps to keep the body active for the whole day. Whereas a late riser lacks behind in this these activities. He cannot enjoy the morning beauty rather he has to do all his work in a hurry. Early rising is also for beneficial for studies. The mind is fresh & there is silence everywhere. For which things can be grasped faster. An early riser also has lots of health benefits. The morning air is fresh and no pollution which helps our blood cells to soak the pure oxygen which keeps a person healthy, rejuvenated. Hence a person should always try to follow the habit of early rising.
