Number
Number is classification as-
Singular (For the purpose of only one).
Example: Pen, I, He, She, This, That, You etc.
Plural (For the purpose of more than one).
Example: Two pens, Three pens, etc., We, They, These, Those, You (Yours) etc.
Turn Singular to Plural
*If to do plural from singular, you have to add ‘S’ or ‘es’ at the end of word. Generally ‘S’ is added.
Example:

Pen pens
Chair Chairs.
*If you found S, SS, SH, CH, TH, X, and O then you have to add ‘ES’ at the end of word, when you turn plural from singular.

Bus Buses
Class Classes.
Fish Fishes.
Bench Benches
Cloth Clothes
Box Boxes
Mango Mangoes etc.
*If you are found ‘Y’ at the end of word then when you turn those word plural from singular, add ‘IES’ instead of ‘Y’.

*If you are found ‘F’ or ‘FE’ at the end of word then when you turn those word plural from singular, add ‘VES’ instead of ‘F’ or ‘FE’.

*Turn Singular to Plural: when you found ‘OO’ in middle of word, then erase it and placed “ee”.

Remember that, when any of word is consist with vowel in middle, then change it when it is plural from singular.
* There is no change in some words. Their Singular and Plural from is same.

*As a exception rules, We get ‘En’ is added at the end of word when it is plural from singular.

* Again, at the end of the rule, ‘ES’ ‘IES’ or ‘VES’ is not added at the end of plural word even the last letter of word is- ‘O, Y, F / FE’. This is usually the case for having a vowel before them.
