The food we eat should contain nutrients like Protein, minerals, carbohydrates, fat, and dietary fibres. These is the whole food which we need daily. But now a days many food items are fast food. Which are fried and baked which does not contain any nutrition.
For an example if we take potatoes ,
Washed it and fried it after cutting. These chips are fried in lots of oil which contains fat. Thus these chips are not nutritious.
But if we boiled that potatoes , then that smashed potatoes are preserved with all the nutrients in it.
12) While using iodine in the laboratory , some drops of iodine fell on paheli’s socks and some fell on her teacher’s saree. The drops of iodine on the saree turned blue while their colour did not change on the socks. What can be the possible reason?

When the drops of iodine solution fall on the paheli’s teacher’s saree turned blue black that change in colour indicates the presence of starch in the saree.
