(10) What is difference between disguised unemployment and seasonal unemployment?
Answer:
(1) Seasonal unemployment happens when people are not able to find jobs during some months of the year. People dependants upon agriculture usually face such kind of problem. There are certain busy season when sowing, harvesting, weeding and threshing is done.
(2) In case of disguised unemployment people appear to be employed. They have agricultural plot where they find work. This usually happens among family members engaged in agricultural activity.
(11) Why is education unemployed, a peculiar problem of India?
Answer:
(1) Education unemployment has become a common phenomenon. Many youth will matriculation, graduation and post graduation degrees are not able to find job. A study that unemployment of graduate and post-graduate has increased faster than among matriculates.
(2) A paradoxical manpower situation is witnessed as surplus of manpower in certain categories coexist with shortage of manpower in others.
(3) There is unemployment among technically qualified person on one hand, while there is a dearth of technical skill required of economic growth.

(1) India can build the maximum employment opportunity in tertiary sector like transport communication, banking, service, education, etc.

(1) There should be changes in education system like at junior level student get additional courses where they get knowledge or prepare for employment.
(2) At earlier they should introduced from a varieties of employment so they can work for that according to their interest.
(14) Can you imagine some village which initially had no job opportunities but later came up with many?
Answer:
(1) Earlier, agriculture is a only source of earning to a village people. But when farmer decide to cultivate sugarcane in their farms.
(2) Huge factories are opened near the village and from that people of village get employed. This make an another source of their earn.
(15) Which capital would you consider the best land, labour, physical and human capital? Why?
