(1) Read the following passage and answer the questions given below :

As a student we have to learn many subjects, but amongst them are one subject is always everyone’s favourite. My favourite subject since childhood was English. My father used to teach me English at home. I could always score good marks in English. I really loved reading English lessons, stories etc. solving grammar was my favourite part. I always loved the subject & connect it well. I could understand it well which helped me to learn the subject effortlessly. I always used to keep practising at home, which also improved my reading skills & communication. Since childhood I loved reading English books which polished my liking towards the subject.
