Maharashtra have many well known cave monuments, some of this is Ajanta and Ellora.

Maharashtra has some important business plot than any other one state of India. The first oil mill is built in Mumbai. Some the crops which grown in this state are Bajra, Jowar, Rice, wheat etc. It capital is Mumbai, which has a great population and it is the most populous urban area in India.
