Why should we store water?
Answer:
All the water we get comes from the rain. The rainy season lasts for there or month. If we do not store water, we will not have enough water for our needs. That is why ,we should store and save water, water must be used economically.

Answer:
The traditional ways of storing water in the houses are underground tanks, wells, matki/ matka/ earthen pot and plastic tanks etc.

Answer:
The most important of all recent water storages is the dam. Dam made it possible to store huge quantities of water. Dams are built across dry valleys with small streams. Create a storage area for water that it transported from anywhere. A Dam is also built on a river.

While using water we must keep in mind that water is a natural resource. All living things need water. If we do not store water, we will not have enough water for our needs.

Waste water from houses, factories, gets mixed in river, lakes, groundwater and polluted them. Water pollution mean the contamination of water bodies mostly done by human activities.

(2) Use water only when its needs
(3) Do not play with water
(4) Don’t waste water heavily
(5) Close the tap when not in use
(6) When taking bath, don’t use shower use bucket and mug.
