Evaluator: you’ve all been given a few minutes to think on your topic for today’s group discussion, which is ‘teenagers are more inclined towards junk food’. you may now begin the discussion. Who would like to start?
Rama: I would like to start sir. I agree with this statement as I find myself junk food addict. Even I find people at fast food stalls more of my age group which clearly states teenagers’ comfort level with junk food.
Asif: yes, I agree with you. When I return from school I feel so hungry usually and I cannot stop myself from having mouth-watering fast food. We are in hurry and hunger at the same time which attracts us more towards fast food stalls.
Aarav: but I cannot follow the statement entirely. When a person is self-disciplined and health conscious then he will opt for other healthy options in place of fast food. We should be prepared for filling our hunger so that we do not need to go fast food outlets.
Rachana: I am supporting your comment Aarav. Though we think about our health and make it priority still it will be pleasure for having fast food sometimes. We should enjoy every food of our likes but in limited level. So, I think we should consume fast food less like to fill our moods and healthy foods more often. If we try to make healthy food tasty then it will be beneficial and enjoyable at the same time.
Evaluator: please conclude.
Aarav: yes, we all should try to make delicious dishes with healthy food items. As a result will be healthy without adjusting with our cravings.
