Workers should adopt both verbal and written communication as per their needs in various situations. They can rely on different options of interaction during work which will make the communication method encouraging. With equal contribution and participation in communication people will be capable in other creative abilities like listening, generous behaviour, kindness etc. besides professional intelligence emotional intelligence is equally required in workplace for working with others in long term. When people will start interacting with others they will understand their viewpoints which will reduce conflicts. Their strong bonding, shared views and cooperative nature will create friendly work environment for all.

v.) The impact of good temper and kindliness on the society in the light of the good-mannered conductor:
We can see how good manner and polite behaviour of the conductor make all situations manageable in a positive way. He does not lose temper in difficult situations and burst out over the passengers. Even when he hurt the writer’s toe he handled the situation politely with his apology and courteous words. From this we can learn that we can also avoid any kind of conflicts at the beginning with our kindness and generosity. What we want to say we can say that exactly by sweet words. Through the character of conductor we have understood that good manners can also be infectious which inspired us to be well-behaved in real life too. We should see and treat all people equally in our society. If we can show kindness through small gestures then it will give us fruitful result in future. Our world will be a better and cruelty free place to live in future.
vi.) Good temper and kindly feeling are two positive and interrelated characteristic traits of humans. These two life aspects teach us how to manage any critical situations with much patience and courage. We should remember the useful side of being kind and generous in any situation. We should not lose ourselves in any form of conflicts or negative situation. Being ill-treated or using wrong words will call another big problems. So, we can keep our patience for some time and make our calls dignified with our kindness and temper.
vii.) The police service is necessary for protecting our society from any criminal offences and negative activities. The government amends law for the welfare of our society but it cannot be successfully implemented without police’s contribution. To stand against any criminal offence and punish offender cannot be done by normal citizens which is against law. When we see any form of wrong doings we should take help from police as laws are in their hands. The situation will be justified by them as per law and they can take further actions. So, we must be aware about our responsibilities to wards society and inform police during any offences.
