Lohri festival is one of the most commonly celebrated festivals in the India and it is a way to spread the love and the joy of seeing the sparkling pearls of Rabi crops amidst the traditional folk songs, dance and the sweet food items as well. The festival of Lohri is celebrated to mark the end of the peak winter season and it is traditionally believe to welcome the sun to the northern hemisphere by observing the night before the makar sankranti.
