Define: Lead is a semi metal. Which is place in between tin and flerovium element. It is soft and non toxic in nature  also it is carcinogenic .it show malleable and ductile properties. It have low melting point hence it is easily cut by knife.

Discovery :  it is discovered from ancient times.

Origin of name :The name comes from Anglo – Saxon word
