I get up early in the morning. My friend Richard meets me. We go out for a walk.

Answer: We saw sun was rising in the East. We walked by road and we saw that farmers were started working in the farm. We saw birds were chirping. We kept going, we saw some people exercising and doing Yoga. When we came back I felt very fresh and realize that this is the way to be healthy.

Answer: In olden days people were eating varieties of food and loved fruits and vegetables. People were doing daily exercises and enjoyed walking, running, playing and leaping about hence, the people were strong and healthy in olden days.

 

2.) How would the potion change the people?

Answer: The potion changed the likes and dislikes of people, they were not interested to eat fruits, vegetables and good food instead they were started eating pizza and burger. They stopped to take walk and staying at home watching television and eating chips and ice-cream. They are not doing any kind of exercise and hence they started to feel ill and thus they got disease or wasting time.

 

3.) Why were the witches not able to make the kind of magic potion they wanted to prepare?

Answer: One of the witch made mistake while uttering the spell and hence the witches were not able to make the kind of magic potion they wanted to prepare.

 

4.) Describe the change in the boy’s attitude after he drank the potion.

Answer: The boy’s attitude changed after drinking the potion. The witches in the form of germs changed likes and dislikes of the boy thus instead harming physically they changed their mind.

 

5.) What was Dr. Fitton-Healthy’s best remedy?

Answer: Dr. Fitton-Healthy’s best remedy is to eat more fruits and vegetables and do some exercise. No tablets or injections was advised by Dr. Fitton-Healthy.

 

C3. Discuss with your teacher and answer the following questions

1.) “The message the story gives is not only for children but also for the grown-ups”. Do you agree?

Answer: Yes, children learn habits from the elders in the home so it is important to for elders to implement good habits and stay fit so the children also learn those habits.

 

2.) With the help of paragraphs four and five describe the illness and the cure.

Answer: The illness are

i.) Not eating fruit and vegetables.

ii.) Not exercising.

iii.) Not taking morning walk, running, or playing.

iv.) Keep sitting and watching television or lying in the bed.

 

The cure is

i.) To eat fruit and vegetables.

ii.) Do exercise every day.

iii.) Take a morning walk, run or play a game included physical activity.

iv.) Stay away from the medicine and be socialize.

Once Anita discovered that she is feeling ill again and again. When she went to doctor she found that her lifestyle is not good. She prepared time table for her daily routine. She started morning walk, exercise and eating fruits and thus she cured her illness. Without any pills and injection, she become healthy.
