- The headquarters of the Indian Army is in New Delhi. Its head is known as the Commander – in – Chief. He has a Deputy Commanderin-chief, General, Major General, Brigadier, Military Secretary and a Military Engineer to assist him in his work.
- The army consists of Infantry, Cavalry, Tank Regiments called the Armed Corps and the Gunners’ Regiment. There is a Supply and Engineering branch too. The Indian Army has been divided into seven commands for administrative convenience.
- Each command is under the charge of a general officer (commanderin-chief) of the rank of a Lt.General. These army commands aredivided into Areas and Sub-areas which are headed by Major General and Brigadier respectively.

- The Indian Red Cross is a humanitarian voluntary organization and has nearly 700 branches across State and Union Territories. Its headquarters are in New Delhi.
- The Red Cross Society renders valuable service to people during natural calamities and other emergencies
- New Delhi has its all headquarters.The Indian President is its Chairman and Governer in the state branch.
- A Secretary General is its Administrative Officer. It has an administrative body consisting of 19 members and a Secretary.
- Six members are nominated by the Presidentwhereas the remaining twelve members are elected from the State and Union Territories.
- This organization believes in 7 fundamental principles: 1) Humanity 2) Impartiality 3) Neutrality 4) Independence 5) Voluntary work 6) Oneness 7) Internationalism.

Answer:-
The defence system in our school is very strict. The security level is highly advanced. At the main gate 2 retired Military officers are there with highly advanced guns , they have the specialsecuritycabin near main gate with more 2 guards in the cabin. With all verification the outsiders are allowed to enter the main Gate of our school. Who so ever enters the gate is asked to make an entry in register. Also the security Cameras are there for safety and keep watch on. Even we all students must have identity card with us , if not even we are told to make an entry. Inside the big building two gates are there where again 2 security guards are present, one gate for only students and other for visitors. Every floor of the school has CCTV cameras, even the big ground of the school is under CCTV cameras which is continuously under observation. Fire extinguisher are present on each floor of our school. Fire alarm, smoke alarms are fitted.
