Answer – There are 3 types of Judiciary

a) The Supreme Courts

b) The High Courts

c) The Subordinate Courts

2.) Which is the highest court of law in our country?

Answer – The Highest court of law in our country is The Supreme Court.

3.) What are the qualifications necessary to be a High Court Judge?

Answer – He/She should be Citizen of India. He/She must have served the Indian Judiciary for atleast 1 years. He/She must be an advocate of the High Court for 10 years.

4.) What are the functions of the Supreme Court?

Answer –  Functions of The Supreme Court is as follows

a) Resolving the disputes between the Union and States, and between states.

b) Rights of Fundamental Rights of the Citizens.

c) Framing necessary regulations.

d) Giving advice and opinion to the President.

5.) How can delay in providing justice be reduced?

Answer – Too many procedure should be stopped. Justice should be given as per Law.

6.) Should the judiciary be given more powers or not?

Answer – Yes, Judiciary should have full rights over taking decision against the issue submitted, Hence, judiciary should be given more powers.
