2.) Rowlatt Act.
Answer – Rowlatt Act was formed under the chairmanship of Justice Rowlatt. This act main purpose was to stop the revolutionary activities in India. According to Rowlatt Act, any person could be arrested by the government just on the basis of suspicion, any place can be checked without any warning. The person arrested will not have any right to consult a lawyer.
3.) Subhash Chandra Bose.
