facility of online payment (by making use of debit or credit card), or cash on delivery
facility. OLX, Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal etc are some examples that falls under the ecommerce sites. Some of the e-commerce sites offers the facilities of replacing/
resending of the product/goods or getting the paid amount as refund. This happens
when the product/good is defective, its not as per the quality or colour, its of odd size.

i) Business-to-Consumer (B2C) e-commerce :- It involves of giving products or

computers, groceries, medicines, automobiles, etc. in this model, it is easier for

consumers.
ii) Consumer – to Consumer (C2C) e-commerce :- This model helps the individual sell the products or services to the other person directly by making use of the internet

auction the consumer who wants to buy/ purchase the product must bid as higher
as he can in the auction so that the other bidder (purchaser) cannot purchase the

iv) Business-to-Employee (B2E) e-commerce :- This method is also known as intra

and services has to feed/enter the accurate information/details such as numbers of

the wrong hands. While entering the private/confidential information/details on the
